Since 2003, Thompson Entertainment has been providing their clients
with the ability to plan their entire
event, from their own computer. The planning forms are
accessible to the client 24/7 by navigating to the Thompson
Entertainment website and logging on using their unique assigned
username and password.
Clients are locked out of their account, 2 days prior to their event
date to allow the assigned entertainer sufficient time to study the
event details and to obtain any requested music, that is not already in
the Music Library.
While Thompson Entertainment provides planning forms relating to the
Entertainment details of the event, Planning Form Worksheets are also
included to help with the hiring of other vendors. All Planning Forms
are provided to all clients at no additional charge. Below is a list of
planning forms available from Thompson Entertainment. For event types
that do not have a specific planning form (as indicated below), a
"General" planning form is available.
While the Planning Forms may be accessed 24/7 from the company website,
clients have the ability to print and/or to save their work for
continued progress without losing any of their information.

The Event Activities Forms includes details such
as: special songs, special dances, cocktail and dinner preferences,
announcements, introductions, formalities and other event details
pertaining to the entertainment.

Timeline Planning Forms
The Timeline Planning Form, allows the client to organize their Event
Activities and Formalities in order, that they wish to have them
performed. The client may choose to complete the Timeline themselves, or
have their assigned entertainer organize the Timeline based on their
experience.

Additional Planning Forms
Additional Planning Forms include details not covered on the Event
Activities Form. While only one "Event Activities" form is available, up
to 20 "Additional Planning Forms" my be added to the client's Event
Planner Account.
